These terms govern your use of the Zokario website and your purchase of our digital products. By using the site or buying a title, you agree to them. We have tried to keep them short and human.

1. What we sell

Zokario sells digital products only: ebooks, templates and digital notebooks, delivered as online reading access and downloadable files (PDF, ePub, and template links where applicable). Nothing is shipped physically.

2. Your license

When you buy a title you receive a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may read it on any of your devices, keep the files, and print pages for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or use the content to create derivative products for sale. Templates may be used for your own business, but the template itself may not be resold.

3. Delivery & access

Access is granted immediately after successful payment: titles unlock in your account library, and download links are provided on the confirmation page and by email. If anything fails to arrive within a few minutes, contact us and we will fix it quickly.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD and may change; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your region.

5. Refunds

Our Refund Policy applies to every purchase: a 14-day guarantee, handled by humans, designed to be fair for instant-access digital products.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the email you use at checkout — it is where your library lives. Keep access to it secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the store, share purchased files publicly, or attempt fraud.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — books, text, covers, design, brand — is owned by Zokario or its licensors and protected by copyright. The Zokario name and mark may not be used without permission.

8. Content & accuracy

Our non-fiction titles are carefully researched and edited, but they are general information, not professional advice. Books touching money, health, or relationships do not replace advice from qualified professionals who know your situation.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zokario’s liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We provide the site “as is” and work hard to keep it available, but cannot promise uninterrupted service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the store evolves. The date above always reflects the current version; material changes will be announced on the site.
