Refund Policy

The short version: if a Zokario edition disappoints you, tell us within 14 days and we will make it right — a refund, a swap, or store credit. Your choice.
1. The 14-day guarantee
Digital products unlock instantly, which is why many stores refuse refunds entirely. We take the opposite view: a bookstore should be judged on how it behaves when a book misses. You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund on any title, for any honest reason — it wasn’t what you expected, the level was wrong for you, or it simply didn’t hold you.
2. How to request one
- Email support@zokario.com (or use the contact form) with your order number.
- One line about why is appreciated — it genuinely improves future editions — but is not required.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
3. Fair-use limits
To keep the guarantee generous for everyone, we apply common-sense limits: refunds may be declined where a pattern of purchase-download-refund suggests the library is being treated as free, and repeated refunds across many orders may lead us to part ways as politely as possible. These cases are rare, and decisions are always made by a human.
4. Templates & notebooks
The same 14-day guarantee applies. For templates, we may first offer setup help — most template frustrations are five-minute fixes — but the refund remains yours to choose.
5. Faulty files
If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or won’t open, that is our failure, not your purchase decision: we will replace it immediately, and refund you fully if we can’t. No time limit applies to genuinely faulty deliveries.
6. Chargebacks
Please talk to us before opening a card dispute — we resolve almost everything faster than a chargeback does, and disputes freeze your library while they run.
