• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). Card numbers never touch our servers.
• Account & reading data — your library contents, reading progress, bookmarks and preferences, stored to make the reader work across sessions.
• Newsletter data — your email address, if you join the private reading list.
• Technical data — basic logs and privacy-respecting analytics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) used to keep the site fast and reliable.

2. How we use it

• To deliver purchases, receipts, and account access
• To provide the online reader and remember where you stopped
• To answer support requests
• To send the newsletter you asked for — and stop the moment you unsubscribe
• To protect the store against fraud and abuse

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers required to run the store (payment processing, email delivery, hosting), each bound by their own privacy obligations.

3. Cookies & local storage

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep your cart, library and reader preferences working. Optional analytics, where used, are configured to respect Do Not Track and to avoid personal profiles.

4. Data retention

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and to maintain your lifetime access to purchases. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

5. Your rights

Depending on your region (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Write to us and we will honour these requests promptly.

6. Children

This store is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
